Sales Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The Sales Specialist is responsible for the consistent management of commercial offers and the preparation, submission, negotiation and further documentation of tender packages as well as for the provision of services in the sphere of the sales and service of air conditioning and other systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be familiar with the products of the organization, provided services, the philosophy of corporate sales as well as the competitive advantage;
- Perform survey and analysis of potential customers, the market and competitors;
- Search for partners;
- Maintain, strengthen and develop relationships with customers;
- Prepare, submit commercial offers and conduct negotiations;
- Prepare, submit tender packages (commercial and state) and participate in tenders according to the legislation in force;
- Keep records and correspondence;
- Supervise the full cycle of the bargain, including the supervision of contract signing and its further implementation deadlines;
- Report on work results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education, preferably in the field of Economics, Marketing or a technical field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the sphere of sales;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy; knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, the Internet and Outlook; knowledge of 1C is preferable;
- Practical communication skills and knowledge of sales promotion principles;
- Knowledge of the law on sales;
- Basic knowledge of pricing, accounting and marketing;
- Organized, responsible, hard-working and purposeful person;
- Team working skills.
